Delete Your Account

You can delete your Solisluna account and all of its data at any time, from inside the app. No email, no waiting, no request form.

From the app

  1. Open Solisluna and go to Settings
  2. Scroll to Delete Account
  3. Confirm when prompted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery and no grace period.

What is removed

On your device — everything the app has stored locally is erased: your journal, your profile, cached history, achievements and preferences.

From our systems — your account is deleted along with:

If any part of the deletion fails, the app tells you so rather than reporting success — your local data is only cleared once the server has confirmed.

Delete your journal, keep your account

If you want a fresh start without leaving Solisluna, you can erase your journal and keep your account.

  1. Open Solisluna and go to Settings
  2. Under Data, tap Erase All Journal Data
  3. Read the summary under Erase Your Journal? and tap Erase Everything

From our systems — every journal entry, everything generated from them (the Mirror and the Weekly Transmission, and the count of how often you used them), and every route you recorded or imported, with any shared copies. With them go every session heart-rate series, every 3D card and replay, and every run you published to The Node.

On your device — the same: your journal, the Mirror's last reflection, your saved routes, and any of these still waiting to upload. Your streaks start again from zero.

Kept — your account and sign-in, your profile, your achievements and mastery rank, your preferences and your subscription, and the count of replays made each month, so erasing does not reset the monthly limit. An entry you save after tapping Erase Everything is kept.

Erasing is permanent. There is no recovery.

What is not held by us
