Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Solisluna account and the personal
data associated with it. It applies to the Solisluna app
(package com.solisluna.myapp).
Request deletion
To delete your account and associated data, email us from the address linked
to your account:
Send a request to:
Email a deletion request
Subject: "Delete my Solisluna account".
Please send it from the email address you use to sign in, so we can verify the
request.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, the following personal data is permanently
removed from our active systems:
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile information.
- Your journal and practice entries — including scores, streaks,
reflections, fasting, nutrition, and any cycle-tracking data.
- Any health/fitness data that was imported and stored against your
account.
What this does not affect
- Health Connect / HealthKit / Strava. Solisluna only
reads from these services; deleting your Solisluna account does not
affect the data held in those apps. You can revoke Solisluna's access in your
device or Strava settings independently.
- Your subscription. A subscription is managed by Google
Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — you
must cancel it in the Google Play Store to stop future billing.
- Limited records we must keep. We may retain minimal
records where required by law (for example, transaction records held by the
payment processor). These are not used to identify you within the app.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Once complete, your data
cannot be recovered.
