You can delete your Solisluna account and all of its data at any time, from inside the app. No email, no waiting, no request form.
From the app
- Open Solisluna and go to Settings
- Scroll to Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery and no grace period.
What is removed
On your device — everything the app has stored locally is erased: your journal, your profile, cached history, achievements and preferences.
From our systems — your account is deleted along with:
- Your profile
- Every journal entry, including anything you wrote
- All generated Mirror and Weekly Transmission text
- Your authentication record
If any part of the deletion fails, the app tells you so rather than reporting success — your local data is only cleared once the server has confirmed.
What is not held by us
Some data connected to the app is held elsewhere and is not ours to delete:
- Health Connect / Apple Health — the app only ever reads from these and never writes to them. Your health records are unaffected. Revoke access in your device settings.
- Google Play — subscriptions are managed by Google. Cancel through the Play Store; deleting the app account does not cancel a subscription.
If you cannot use the app
If you have lost access to your account and cannot delete it from inside the app, email [email protected] from the address the account is registered to, and it will be deleted for you.
